This team will be seeking students and mentors.

The students must be high school students (grades 9-12) at Northwestern High School.  These students can be interested in any of these aspects of the team:

• Mechanical design, CAD, prototyping, creating things, breaking things
• Electrical design, wiring things together, crimping wires, specifying hardware
• Computer programming, using programs such as LabView, C++, Windriver, Java
• Metal fabrication, including milling and lathe work, deburring, filing, and maybe some welding
• Graphic design, creating flyers, logos, t-shirts, and robot graphics
• Project management
• Fundraising
• Business management and accounting

Coaches will to be focused on showing students how to excel at these above tasks, while also teaching the students to be proficient in these aspects.

All students and coaches will be expecting excellence from their teammates.
